Sandro L Gvelesiani: Co-founder, Chairman and President [Email Sandro]
Sandro Gvelesiani is the founding visionary of IntellectSpace and currently manages the company's operational, technology, and strategic initiatives. Prior to co-founding IntellectSpace, he was part of the initial development team at eProject Inc., a major developer of advanced Web-based collaboration and team-management solutions. As a key developer at eProject, he helped build the company’s core technologies, managed a world-class development team, and oversaw several cycles of the successful deployment of the company's signature product, eProject Enterprise.

Mr. Gvelesiani was born in the Republic of Georgia and holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington.

Levan A Gvelesiani PhD: Co-founder, COO
Levan Gvelesiani has dedicated more than 35 years of his professional career to building high-technology companies from the ground-up. From 1978 to 1991, he was a part of a team that became a major contractor for the Soviet Union’s Defense Department, specializing in building components for information gathering, space electronics, and nuclear submarines equipment. During his tenure, he led the department’s expansion from 25 to nearly 1,400 employees.

Dr. Gvelesiani also created Ibervisia, the Republic of Georgia's first non-cable-based commercial television network, and led the network's R&D department. Prior to co-founding IntellectSpace, he successfully managed several Seattle-based technology companies, including BouillonLink and SecureEye.

Dr. Gvelesiani currently oversees the company's data analysis and information gathering activities, applying his broad experience in technology and analytical science to deliver the highest quality market intelligence to IntellectSpace customers. He holds both a B.S. and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Republic of Georgia's Government Institute and an Honorary Doctorate in Information Intelligence and Special Systems Design from the Russian Defense Department.

Dave Wilner: EVP
Dave Wilner is a seasoned technology executive, having established sales and general operations for a number of successful startup companies.  Wilner most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Redfin, the country's first online real estate brokerage.  Wilner grew the real estate and support teams ten-fold during his tenure, expanding service to several major markets and increasing revenues 500% over an eighteen month period.

Wilner previously served as Vice President of Sales at content giant LexisNexis, where he was responsible for all sales operations in the organization's fastest growing business unit. Before that, Wilner was an early executive and Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Applied Discovery, a provider of risk and litigation management software and services to Fortune 1000 companies. Wilner established the sales operations for Applied Discovery, and later managed a successful acquisition.

Prior to working in technology and start ups, Wilner was a litigation partner at Cozen and O'Connor, one of the country's largest law firms.

 

Michael R. Finley, Esq.: Managing Director
Michael R. Finley, Esq. recently joined IntellectSpace as Managing Director, responsible for the company's strategic client development efforts.

Prior to joining IntellectSpace, Mr. Finley was Senior Director for Strategy and New Market Development with LexisNexis, responsible for vetting new business and partnership opportunities in the company's Litigation Services Group. Mr. Finley successfully developed additional strategic revenue streams for the company, and greatly enhanced the company's visibility and stature within the litigation services industry through his numerous national speaking engagements. Mr. Finley previously served as in-house counsel with Constellation Energy in Baltimore, MD, where his duties included both corporate transactional and litigation work for this Fortune 500 commodity marketing and trading company, as well as advising the company's Corporate Strategy and Development unit in the evaluation of certain merger and acquisition-related projects. Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Mr. Finley practiced in the Washington, DC office of Crowell & Moring LLP, where he worked primarily in the firm's Corporate & Antitrust practice groups.

Mr. Finley's education includes a J.D., awarded cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he was a member of The Catholic University Law Review and a Moot Court associate, and a B.A. in American Government from The University of Virginia. He has been admitted to the practice of law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Therese Adlhoch Smith: Strategic Marketing Consultant
Therese Adlhoch Smith is President and Principal of The Adlhoch Group, LLC. Adlhoch Smith is seasoned business consultant with an extensive background in product management, marketing communications and business analysis. With 16 years of experience helping companies develop products and metrics-driven marketing programs, she has worked in a variety of industries including B2B e-commerce, biotechnology, electronic discovery, aerospace, marine science, telecommunications, stock photography and consumer software.

Ms. Adlhoch Smith founded her marketing services consultancy after holding Vice President and Director of Marketing positions with a number of public and privately-held northwest businesses such as ImageX, Corbis, PlyMedia and Multicom Publishing. She has hands-on expertise in market analysis, product planning and national marketing programs for early-stage and established businesses.

Ms. Adlhoch Smith holds a MBA in marketing and international business from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in finance, summa cum laude, from California State University, Northridge.
